New version of AlterFRN server: r7348, 2022-10-13

--- Fixed infrequent "Duplicate object" error on unstable Internet connection.
--- Fixed infrequent error "Access violation" on Linux-64bit with unstable Internet connection.
--- Fixed memory leak.
--- Reduced memory usage.
--- Added protection against excessive audio stream.
--- Fixed SIGHUP signal handling bug on debug (s.0.3) and run (s.0.2) commands.
--- The default signal to reopen the log is SIGUSR1 to avoid conflict with the system's use of the SIGHUP signal.
--- Added the ability to use 4 authorization servers simultaneously (FRN System Manager).
--- Added setting for nonspeech traffic mode for specific clients to reduce unreasonable load on communication channels.
--- Running the server in run mode is now only possible with an explicit command line parameter: daemon (s.0.1), run (s.0.2), or debug (s.0.3).
--- ManagerAddress parameter (s.2.2) in [Manager] section (s.2) is default authorization server address (FRN System Manager): sysman.lpd-net.ru.
